How do I sign up?

Conference registration and scholarship applications open on 25 March, 2026. Award nominations open on 27 April, 2026. You may view pricing and registration options here.

What's included in a full registration?

You'll get access to the Conference program, including Thursday workshops, all sessions, plenaries, and the welcome event. The CBAA Awards Gala Dinner is an additional ticket, and you can easily add this option within the registration portal. You may view pricing and registration options here.

Can I be invoiced for the conference before I pay?

A tax invoice will be emailed out to all delegates upon the completion of their registration online.

What are the payment options available?

Payment can be made via Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) or via Credit Card.

Can I pay in installments?

We are offering flexible payment plans to assist you in paying for your ticket with smaller, equal instalments over time. As you register, select the Payment Schedule option on the payment page for more information.

Is there a Sensory Room or Quiet Room available?

Is closed captioning available at the conference?

Yes. Closed captioning will be available for all presentations.

How do I get to Geelong?

Geelong is an easy one-hour drive west of Melbourne along the Princes Freeway.


If you opt to take the train, the V/Line runs frequently between Melbourne's Southern Cross Station and Geelong, providing a convenient and comfortable way to travel. You can tap on your myki at Southern Cross station and get to Geelong for just $5.70. Interstate visitors must purchase a myki or a one-way ticket at the V/Line help desk.


If you are flying into Melbourne Airport, the Gull Airport Service provides a reliable bus connection to Geelong. If you are flying into Avalon Airport, MyBus Geelong connects the airport to the city in just 20 minutes. Advance bookings for these services are recommended. Stay tuned for a special delegate discount code.


You may also travel by ferry and enjoy a scenic journey to Geelong. Port Phillip Ferries offer a 2 hours and 10 minute service for cars and foot passengers traveling from Docklands to Geelong via Portarlington.


Once in Geelong, the bus system will get you everywhere. Be sure to touch on your myki when you step on a bus.


Taxis and Ubers operate in Greater Geelong. You may also hire a car from a well-known car rental service.


There are several Electric Vehicle charging stations on major routes leading into Geelong from the western side of Victoria and within the Greater Geelong region.
